At Spacerenta, we ensure that hosts are paid promptly and securely for every completed booking. Here’s how the payout process works:

How Payouts Work:

  1. Add Your Bank Account: To receive payments, please add your bank account details on the Earnings Page within your host dashboard. This ensures that we can seamlessly transfer funds to you when guests checked in to your property.
  2. Payout Timing:
    • Payouts are processed automatically within 24 hours after the guest has successfully checked in to your property.
    • Funds will be transferred to the bank account you’ve provided, and you’ll receive a notification once the transfer is complete.
  3. Payout for Cancellations:
    • If a guest cancels their reservation, your payout will depend on the cancellation policy you’ve set for your property.
    • You may receive a full payment or a partial payment, based on the cancellation terms, or if the cancellation falls under any extenuating circumstances.
    • Please review your cancellation policy carefully and ensure that it is aligned with your hosting preferences.

Important Information:

  • Check-In Requirement: Payouts are only initiated after the guest checks in. If a guest doesn’t check in or cancels before the check-in date, the payout will follow the rules set by the cancellation policy.
  • Cancellation Policy Conditions: In some cases, you may still receive a payment if the guest cancels, depending on your policy (e.g., strict or flexible cancellation terms). Always make sure to review the cancellation policy you’ve selected for your property.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: Spacerenta may handle cancellations differently if extenuating circumstances arise (such as natural disasters or emergencies), which may impact your payout. In such cases, you’ll be informed of any changes to the payout structure.
