Welcome to Spacerenta! Booking your perfect property is easy and hassle-free. Follow this step-by-step guide to search, view, and reserve your ideal space.

Step 1: Searching for Your Ideal Property

1. Visit the Homepage: Begin your search on Spacerenta's homepage.

2. Use the Search Bar: Enter your desired location, check-in date, check-out date, and the number of guests.

3. Apply Filters: Click on the filter icon to narrow down your search based on:
   • Price range
   • Amenities (e.g., Wi-Fi, kitchen, parking)
   • Ratings
   • Type of place (e.g., entire home, private room, shared space)
4. Browse Results: Review the search results to find properties that match your needs.

Step 2: Viewing Property Details

1. Select a Property: Click on a property that interests you to view its details.
2. Property Information: On the property page, you will find:
   • Photos of the property
   • Description of the space and its amenities
   • Host information
   • Guest reviews
   • Pricing and availability

Step 3: Making a Reservation

1. Select Dates and Guests: Choose your check-in and check-out dates and specify the number of guests.
2. Booking Method: Depending on the host's preference, you will see one of two buttons:
   • Request: Requires the host to approve your booking before payment.
   • Reserve: Instantly confirms your booking upon payment.

Step 4: Request Booking (Host Approval Required)

1. Click on Request: For the property that requires host approval, click the Request button.
2. Reservation Page: You will be taken to the booking request page where you can:
   • Review your check-in and check-out dates
   • Verify booking details, including the cancellation policy
   • Add a personal message to the host in the message box (e.g., "Hello! I’d love to stay at your property.")
   • Agree to the booking terms by checking the relevant box.
3. Submit Booking: Click Request to Book to send your request to the host.

4. Host Response: The host has 24 hours to accept or decline your request. If the host accepts your booking, you’ll receive a notification, and a Pay Now button will appear on the message page or reservation page.

5. Complete Payment: You’ll have 24 hours to make payment via Paystack once the host accepts your request. After payment, your reservation will be confirmed.

Step 5: Instant Booking

1. Click on Reserve: For properties available for instant booking, click the Reserve button.
2. Confirmation Page: 
   • Review your check-in and check-out dates
   • Verify the cancellation policy and booking details.
   • Add a personal message to the host in the message box (e.g., "Hello! I’d love to stay at your property.")
     
   • Agree to the booking terms by checking the relevant box.
     

3. Make Payment: Click on the Make Payment button and you will be prompted by Paystack to complete payment.

4. Booking Confirmation: Once payment is processed, your booking is instantly confirmed.

Step 6: Managing Your Booking

1. Reservation Page: Go to reservation page to view and manage your upcoming reservations.

2. Stay Connected: Use the in-app messaging feature to communicate with your host regarding any questions or special requests.
   

3. Get Support: Contact Spacerenta's 24/7 customer support for assistance with any issues that may arise during your stay.
