Getting Started with Property Listing

1. Accessing the Listing Page
   • From the Homepage: Click on the "List Your Space" button located in the header.
   • From the Menu: Navigate to the menu icon in the homepage header and select "Manage Listing." Then, click on the "Listing" tab and the "+" icon to start a new listing.
2. Choosing Property Type
   • Dropdown Selection: On the new page, select the type of property you wish to list (Homes, Offices, or Event Halls) from the dropdown menu.
3. Overview of Listing Steps
   • Overview Page: After selecting the property type, you will see an overview of all the steps required to complete the listing. This page provides a summary of the information you will need to provide at each step.
   • Get Started: Click on the "Get Started" button to begin the listing process.

1. Select Property Category
   • Category Selection: Choose the appropriate category for your property from a list of options. Only one category can be selected.
   • Proceed: Once the category is selected, the "Next" button will be enabled. Click "Next" to continue, or "Save and Exit" if you wish to complete the listing later.

1. Viewing Listed Properties

   • Listing Tab: After publishing, you can view all your listed properties by clicking on the "Listing" tab in your hosting dashboard.
     • Edit Information: Click on any property to edit its information. Note that the property address and category cannot be changed after publishing. All other details can be edited on a single, streamlined screen.

2. Calendar Management

   • Accessing Calendar: Click on the "Calendar" tab in your hosting dashboard.
   • Adjust Dates: Select the property you wish to manage and adjust the open dates and block dates as needed. You can also set discounts for specific periods.
